Can I come without an appointment?

We work by appointment only. If a slot is free we will take you, but we cannot promise it — it is better to call and ask.

How long does colouring take?

A root touch-up takes an hour and a half, a full colour two to three hours, balayage up to four. We confirm the time when you book.

Why do prices vary?

Longer, thicker hair uses more product. The figure in the list is a starting price; the stylist gives the exact amount after a look.

How are tools sterilised?

After every guest the tools are washed and autoclaved. Disposable items are opened in front of the guest.

What if I am late?

We hold the slot for fifteen minutes. Beyond that it passes to the next guest, because everyone has their own hour.
